 ANGELA F. CASE, PRINCIPAL
Angela Case is founder
and principal of ARC REALTY, a woman-owned
commercial real estate firm headquartered in
Northern Virginia, and has more than 20 years
experience in real estate business and development.
ARC REALTY is certified by the Women’s Business
Enterprise National Council as a Women’s Business
Enterprise.
Prior to ARC REALTY,
Angela specialized in healthcare industry
representation with Cushman & Wakefield. As a member
of the Healthcare Practice Group, she helped launch
the real estate advisory services to physicians,
hospitals, healthcare professionals, healthcare
REITs and investors. She created the Healthcare Real
Estate Roundtable program for healthcare
professionals to have a platform to exchange
peer-to-peer industry knowledge. In addition to her
healthcare expertise, Angela has significant
experience representing tenants and landlords in
life sciences, major corporations, and universities.
Angela is a member of
the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors,
Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and is
a delegate for the Certified Commercial Investment
Manager (CCIM) designation. As a community partner,
Angela serves on the board of the Duke University
Cancer Center - Citizens Advisory Council and is a
volunteer on the Committee for Women President’s
Education Organization. Angela is a past board
member of the National Capital Healthcare
Executives.
Angela is licensed in
Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and
North Carolina. She holds an M.A. from Mannes
College of Music (New York, NY) and a B.A. from
Catawba College (Salisbury, NC). She and her
husband, Ben, have two adult children and make their
home in Great Falls, VA.
